disney on ice was amazing. seriously, the costumes, skating, tricks, dances, lights, everything was just beautiful. obv just going to take a moment and talk about how epic buzz lightyear was, because that was my favorite. first there was neon planets and donald duck was all 'to infinty and beyond' or something, and i was like OH MY GOD GUYS, BUZZ IS COMING and this little kid looked at me weird, but anyways Buzz comes down from the ceiling on wire and does all this awesome stuff, like air-kicks and spins and he does this amazing backflip and dfjgdfsg basically the buzz lightyear part was my favorite. another of my favorites was the alice in wonderland one. they had these sweet teacups and there was alice, white rabbit, the mad hatter, tweedle dum and dee, and they were all really fabulous. especially the mad hatter. also, there was the amazing disney princesses, i pretty much squealed like a kid when snow white came on. she was amazing. and cinderella and her prince came on in a beautiful pumpkin carrige and it lit up with fairy lights and it was so pretty. and there was charecters from the jungle book, the monkeys were a bit creepy though. and stitch from lilo and stitch, and the chipmunks and a masquerade dance for the haunted mansion which was so beautiful. and there were pirates, who were amazing and did a sweet dance. and the incredibles were epic, especially dash. the guy who was skating as dash was such an amazing skater, he was so fast. and there were donald and daisy duck, pluto, goofy, minnie and mickey. and it was just really amazing. maleficent was amazing too, the actress/skater was so great, and her knights were so awesome. it was so great. and there was a huge fairy-light mickey mouse outline and i got all teary and all when they played When you wish upon a star. i really wish everyone could see it.

| i'm going to Disney on Ice tonight. i'm rediculously excited. ha. if you know me at all, you'd know I love disney. my mom won a competition for grandstand tickets, so i'm sitting here like an idiot giggling and jumping up and down like a kid X] | comments: 1 comment or Leave a comment |
| i cried a lot watching this. i mean, i bawled my eyes out. judge me all you like, but you don’t understand. you don’t get how proud i am of these boys, or how much they mean to me. that sounds rediculous, cause i’ve never met them, and proably never will. but they mean the world to me. they inspire me, and their music is what keeps me sane. i love these boys, and even if i knew every word in the english language, i still wouldn’t be able to find the right words to explain exactly what they mean to me. the first time i saw them live, i cried. i don't know why, i just started crying. not the weird creepy kind of crying, but the kind when tears well up in your eyes and you don't even mean to cry. i dont know how else to explain. but this band, these boys, these songs mean everything to me, as cliche as it sounds.
/sappy over-emotional post of the day. /also fairly sure none of what i just wrote makes any sense.

| Last nights episode of Glee [theatricality, aka Glee goes Gaga] was so amazing. i love glee and i adore gaga, so i already knew it would be epic. i love kurt. everytime he cries i ended bawling my eyes out like a baby. eugh. chris is such a great actor, and kurt is the most amazing charecter. i have no life, so i talk about tv shows all the time, whatever X]
this scene was so heart-breaking, but i was so proud of burt for standing up for kurt.

Burt : You use the “N” word? Finn : Of course not. Burt : How about “retard”? You call that nice girl in Cheerios with Kurt, you call her a retard? Finn : Becky— no. She’s my friend. She’s got Down Syndrome. I’d never call her that. That’s cruel. Burt : But you think it’s okay to come into my house and say “faggy”? Finn : That’s not what I meant.. Burt : I know what you meant! What, do you think I didn’t use that word when I was your age? You know, some kid gets clocked in practice, we’d tell him to stop being such a fag. Shake it off. We meant it exactly the way you meant it. That being gay is wrong. That it’s some kind of punishable offense. I really thought you were different, Finn. You know, I thought that being in Glee Club and being raised by your mom meant that you were some, you know, new generations of dude who saw things differently. Who just kind of, you know, came into the world knowing what has taken me years of struggling to figure out. I guess I was wrong.
and then when finn came back, in the end, to stand up for kurt. it was beautiful.

Kurt: Fine, you want to hit me? You want to beat me up? Go head. But I swear to you I will never change. I’m proud to be different. It’s the best thing about me. Finn: Your not hitting anyone. I want to thank you Kurt. I realised I still have a lot to learn. But the reason I’m here right now… in a shower curtain… is because of you. And I’m not going to let anyone lay a hand on you. Bully: I’m pretty sure we can take both of you. All: Oh yeah, but can you take all of us? Rachel: I’m tired of everyone calling us freaks. Mercedes: Well look at us, we are freaks. (Everyone laughs) Finn: But we’re all freaks together. And we shouldn’t have to hide it.
screencaps via; gleetypleasure. also the costumes and songs were amazing. and of course puck was hilarious. eugh, i just can't express my love for this show :3

| NBC cancelled Heroes ;_;
brb going to go cry forever thanks :( but at least the last episode was good. i would’ve hated it if they’d ended it on a bad episode/finale. apparently they’re planning a ~special finale event? but, to be honest, i liked the ending of the last episode, they should just leave it there.

| how amazing was the season finale of Heroes last night? my god. just a warning: spoilers

seriously, wow! i was so impressed with the season finale. i don't even know where to begin.
sylar actually saving someone, and coming to the realization that he could be special and amazing by helping people, instead of hurting them. the epic fight between samuel and peter. when noah nearly died. hiro finding charlie.
but the main thing is how epic is next season going to be! especially with the cliffhangers at the end of last nights episode.
- what's the world going to do when they see what claire can do?
- how is Sylar going to go being a 'hero', instead of the villian?
- what's hiro going to do now his 'mission' seems over?
- what's going to happen with samuel? will he escape?
- what's the carnival going to do now?
- will there be a new villian now that samuels gone, and Sylar's trying to be good?
ah! i can't wait for the next season. it's going to be amazing!
Tonight will be a night unlike any other. Tonight... we change everything. For too many years, we've been shamed into believing we're second class citizens. When the truth is we're king of the hill! They should aspire to be like us, not the other way around. So I make this pledge to you. Tonight, once and for all, we pull back the curtain and reveal ourselves for who we truly are. After tonight, we will be respected. i was so sad to see samuel gradually get more and more insane. i've always liked him, despite all he'd done to hurt people, i thought he was good under it all. because all he ever really wanted was a family, and to be accepted. it was kind of similar to sylar, in that power went to his head and he just ended up insane. again, heroes, is bringing to light the issue of power and how people can become to obsessed with it. i love that about the show, the depth of all the charecters. also, it was so sad when hiro was talking to charlie, and charlie said she'd already lived her life and everything. i was tearing up, it was awful. hiro spent so much time trying to find her, he loved her and she was his life. but then, it all fell apart. yes, she was happy. and he was happy for her. but it must've been awful [i know i talk about these charecters like they're real, but whatever].
Peter: What the hell does she think she's doing? She's going to change everything. Sylar: That's right. It's a brave new world. | comments: Leave a comment |
| since i don't have a social life, or anything interesting to update with, i thought i'd just ramble some thoughts on this weeks episode of heroes [the art of deception] and as always, it was amazing.
some high-lights i thought were:
the fact, Parkman knew Sylar was being sincere when he said he wanted to change, he wanted to be free of his powers, he didn’t want to be alone. that was amazing. because ever since season1 i’ve always maintained that sylar was never evil, just mixed-up, over-whelmed, confused, and really just wanted to be someone special. so i’m glad they put that part in there.
samuel saying, “they needed a villain, someone worse than me,”. that was great, that one sentence showed off really what i love about samuel. i love samuels ability to twist words, and manipulate other people. i love that he never claims anything to really be his fault, and how he can always transfer the blame to others. i just love samuel, i think he’s amazing.
parkman: are you back inside me head?! sylar: *sniggers* that was ~so two months ago.
i love sylars ability to be charming, no matter what he’s doing or saying. i honestly don't think any other actor would be able to pull of the charm anywhere close to as well as ZQ does.
parkman: you’ll be, what, normal?! that ship sailed about, fifty murders ago! sylar: i’m asking nicely.
my favorite sylar moment of the episode being when sylar said, “i really do want to change,” then made a gun motion using his fingers, to his own head and added, “but i’m insane,” and smirked. no way to describe my love for sylar. zq is an amazing actor, the way he makes sylar murderous and crazy, yet also extremely charismatic and makes you feel empathy for the charecter is phenomal.
i also love how, even after all sylar’s done to peter, that peter would still try to help him just because he believe sylar is capable of one good thing. that was beautiful, it really shows peter for how he was in season1 in particular. peter has a heart of gold, bless his cotton socks.
anyways, that was my tl;dr of last nights heroes episode :) i don’t discuss the plots of tv show on here, or details vital to them, because i dont want to spoil it for those who havent seen it. there is nothing on the earth that makes me want to tear off someone's kneecaps and break their jaw, than someone who ruins a movie, or tv show, by announcing spoiler.
